In Fig. 3, a previously unnoticed error in the data analysis code used to generate the figure caused a shift in the scaling of the blood flow index ($\alpha D_B$). The multiplier at the top should be ${10}^{-7}$, as opposed to ${10}^{-5}$. The corrected figure appears below.
