This article [J. Biomed. Opt.. 21, (9 ), 091307  (2016)] was originally published online on 11 May 2016 with a reference error. The reference in section 8, paragraph 2, sentence 2 should be reference 105, not 110, and therefore the authors mentioned should be Phan et al., not Okada and Delpy.

This article was corrected online on 24 May 2016. It appears correctly in print.
