Abstract
In the report a review is given and new results obtained at the IAO SB RAS on problems of optical communication on scattered laser radiation in the atmosphere and water media are presented. Examples of its implementation are presented under various optical-geometrical conditions and with high quality of field experiments at distances up to 70 km in the atmosphere and up to 25 m in the water medium.
