Abstract
The paper presents the first clinical experimental data of laser induced fluorescence (LIF) applied to locate in vivo skin tumours (Merkel, melanoma) as well as the breast tumours, using tuned, solid-state Ti:sapphire laser and patented bis-1[alanylo-N] deuteroporphyrine (Ala-PP).
