Abstract
UVC (Ultraviolet-C), UV (240nm-280nm) will be absorbed by the ozone layer and unable to reach the Earth's surface when passing at the atmosphere, so the study of this band is important to the military, communication and industry. This paper begins with coating design theory, proposes a new way of filter film design based on the material properties, coating optimization design, testing technology and so on. We intended to use mixture materials, graded-index of material design method for coating design and preparation. Based on these theories to research high performance UVC filter film of high transmission rate, high reliability and good adhesion. UV filter film is widely used in ultraviolet warning, communication and guidance. It has great significance and broad application for both military and civil use.
