This paper comprehensively summarizes the problems related to the metering field handheld equipment technical specification, focusing on professional terms, model preparation, environment requirements (metering site climate environment, equipment mechanical performance, equipment hardware, communication interface, rfid reading and writing module, etc.), function requirements (general management function and business function), test project (specific test project of power metering field handheld equipment, specific inspection method, corresponding relationship between inspection items and inspection link) for reference.
