Abstract
In the paper, the automobile auxiliary instrument panel is taken as an example to illustrate the production process, and Flexsim software is employed to establish a simulation model of the production line of automobile auxiliary instrument panel to analyze the bottleneck operation in the production process of the product. Then the production line balance principle and ECRS principle are employed to adjust the production process flow and to reasonably configure machines and operators of the production line so as to improve the production efficiency of the production line.
