Abstract
Graphene is the thinnest carbon nanomaterial and the basic unit of other carbon materials. It has been widely used in textiles. At the same time, various testing methods of graphene textiles have been extensively studied. This paper summarizes the preparation methods of graphene and graphene textiles, expounds the principle that textiles are endowed with various functionalities by graphene's unique physical structure, and realizes the research significance of graphene in functional textiles, intelligent textiles and industrial textiles (polymer cornerstone graphene). The preparation methods of graphene textiles are mainly divided into the preparation methods of graphene fibers and graphene fabrics. Through the analysis of various testing standards and research, transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy are mainly used in qualitative analysis of graphene materials in textiles, element analysis and thermogravimetric analysis are mainly used in quantitative analysis of graphene materials in textiles. All the above testing methods have certain limitations. Graphene textiles are developing rapidly and have great research potential. Effective testing methods are urgently needed.
