Abstract
Schizophrenia is a common type of mental illness that is difficult to diagnose and describe in psychiatric consultations. The symptoms of schizophrenia are categorized into three main categories: positive, negative, and cognitive impairment. These symptoms are considered the core clinical symptoms of the condition, and cognitive impairment is becoming a direction for further research on this subject. This article aims to review the various aspects of schizophrenia's cognitive impairment and provide a diagnosis and treatment guide for this condition.
