Abstract
With the continuous promotion of China's dual carbon target and the construction of a new power system, the green certificate market and the power market are facing the problem of coordination and integration, which will have a great impact on the power supply structure of China. This paper considers the development demand and trend of Tradable Green Certificates (TGC) market, constructs a coupling model of TGC market and electricity market based on system dynamics, and uses Vensim software to simulate the impact of renewable energy quota and other factors on China's power supply structure. The results show that there is a mutually reinforcing relationship between the green certificate market and the electricity market, and their synergistic development has a positive impact on the restructuring of China's power supply, among which the renewable energy quota target is the key influencing factor.
