Abstract
As a complex large-scale automatic spraying equipment, the spraying operation object of the ship segment intelligent spraying robot system is large ship segment, which has the characteristics of large structure size and non-standardization, and these characteristics make its spraying process and quality control more complicated. In order to explore the automatic spraying process of ship segments and improve the spraying quality of the intelligent spraying system of ship segments, the spraying process of the intelligent spraying robot system of ship segments is studied by orthogonal experiments, and the spraying shift speed, spraying height and spraying pressure are selected as the main factors for analysis, and the results show that the best process combination of the intelligent spraying system of ship segments is the spraying height of 300mm, the spraying speed of 0.3m /s, and the spraying pressure is 0.6Mpa.
