Abstract

Given the lack of reliable and accurate evaluation methods for the development form of the new urban and rural distribution network, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development form of the new distribution network based on the analytic hierarchy process. Firstly, a multi-level evaluation index system considering factors such as facility services and route intelligence is established. Secondly, specific data and calculation methods for index scores are given for each comprehensive index. Finally, the reliability of the evaluation index system is verified by a typical example, which provides a certain reference for the development of balanced planning of urban and rural distribution networks.
