Abstract

The relationships between environmental collaboration, green innovation, competitive advantage, and environmental performance have been discussed in this paper. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis after questionnaire survey, the empirical results showed that: (1) environmental collaboration with customers can actively promote environmental collaboration with suppliers. (2) Environmental collaboration in supply chain can promote green innovation of the core enterprise. (3) Green innovation acts as a meditor between supply chain environmental collaboration and environmental performance, and also between supply chain environmental collaboration and enterprise competitive advantage. This empirical study revealed the mechanism between environmental collaboration, enterprise performance and competitive advantage, and further expanded the application of some theories, such as supply chain collaboration theory, the resource-based view theory and the sustainable development theory. It also suggested that enterprises should attach importance to the collaboration with supply chain partners in green innovation and sustainable development, and the government should focus more on the supervision and incentive of the whole supply chain.
