Abstract
By analyzing the interface model of SolidWorks software, the tolerance optimization method based on solidworks was studied. Through the optimization of the three-dimensional model size chain, a tolerance optimization allocation method that considers the quality loss function is formed. In the process of tolerance optimization, not only the price factors of the processed products are considered, but also their quality factors are integrated. By establishing a tolerance database, the experimental verification of the tolerance optimal allocation theory is achieved. Through comparison of experimental results, different parts processing costs will be obtained by using tolerance optimization methods of different models. Although the cost of the quality loss tolerance optimization method in this study is not the lowest, it is better than the cost-tolerance model in terms of product quality, making the product of higher quality and achieving higher-precision product production at a lower cost. Suitable for the development needs of enterprises.
