Abstract
SERS of adenosine and 5''AMP obtained by using acetic acid and HC1 are reported. Some striking differences can be noted between both spectra that may be attributed to different orientation of the molecule in both cases. SERS spectrum of S''AMP obtained by means of HC1 shows an obvious variation in time. This change is much smaller in the case of using adenosine as adsorbate. 1.
