Abstract

We study the self-focusing of the gaussian beam given by the Te₀₀ mode of an Ar+ laser by a thin film of a water in oil microemulsions. As microemulsion we use WAD (AOT/water/decane). First experimental results are presented here for beam self-focusing in a WAD film above and under the percolation line.
