Abstract
In the process of pulp consistency control, digital PID regulating will bring serious lag effect, because of the transmission lag, the actuator's inertia, especially the long sampling period of the moving blade consistency transmitter. It's difficult to acquire satisfactory result. In this paper, fuzzy regulating has many advantages such as high control precision, quick response speed and good stability instead of PID regulating.
