Abstract
The investigations and constructions of compact CW RF- excitation waveguide CO2 lasers with square and slab discharge channels geometry of power scale 10divided by100 W are described. The power, beam shape and lifetime in sealed-off mode have been investigated. Those models can be recommended as basic samples for 100divided by250 W lasers.
