Abstract
By the method of dynamical spectroscopy the change in sizes of aggregates of bile vesicules caused by different nucleating factors has been investigated. In so doing, the presence of a large fraction of bile vesicules characterized, as shown in the paper, by a higher concentration of cholesterol can serve as a criterion for cholestitic acuteness and lithogenesis intensity.
