Abstract

This paper based on Abbe-Porter spatial filtering experiment method, extracted and studied the sweat in the surface of transparent chip and CD, and compared with the traditional optical method. The results of the experiment show using the optical filtering method can obtain desired results. Compared with chemical reagents appear method, Abbe-Porter spatial filtering experiment method belongs to nondestructive test method.
