Abstract
We describe compact crystal electron beam accelerator-undulator, based on the fringing electric field from the holographic superlattice, recorded in photorefractive crystal. In proposed device plain sheet electron beam is focused into plain wave-guide composed of two crystals. One crystal serves as electrostatic accelerator, another crystal contain build-in E-field superlattice. The modeling shows, that proposed structure may be efficient amplifier for a seeding laser light in THz region.
