Abstract
Photon Detection technology is a hot area in low light detection field. The paper introduces the working principle, basic structure and performance characteristics of SPM detection device, focuses on two components of the photon detection system: Optical-electric conversion circuit and Detector bias circuit. In order to verify the photon detection performance and photon distinguish ability of SPM detector, designed SPM photon detection circuit using high speed transconducance amplifier, and executed photon detection experimental research.
