In order to solve the conflict between high-speed digital image processing system and real-time performance, this paper designs a high-speed image processing unit with real-time camera link interface. Which is combined with multiple DSPs and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA). Then this unit and DDR SDRAM dynamic random access memory chip together constitute a high-speed camera real-time image storage system. This paper focuses on the basic composition of the system, high-speed data interface, data buffering and storage design. By processing 500 frames per second of high-speed digital images of 8-bit 1280×1024 pixels, the experiment proves that the system design meets the needs of high-speed image real-time processing and storage.
In the flight test of the airborne airdrop system for transport aircraft, it is necessary to measure the operating speed and trajectory of the airdropped cargo in the cabin to verify whether the function and performance of the airborne airdrop system for aircraft meets the requirements of combat wood targets. According to the airdrop environment and mission characteristics, this paper constructs a spatial positioning model based on the time difference of arrival. The crosscorrelation interference and non-line-of-sight effect elimination technology is adopted to achieve rapid capture of weak signals and improve the accuracy of tag positioning. The position accuracy of the test system based on UWB is better than 0.15 meters, and the frame rate is 25 frames. This method can also be applied to the measurement of suspension and other tasks such as hanging swing measurement.
The kingpin angle of automobile wheels has great influence on the performance of the car. The accuracy of the four-wheel aligner for measuring these angles will affect the stability of the car when it travels in a straight line, this paper proposes a new kingpin angle measurement model, which is based on the laser four-wheel aligner system. By studying the measurement principle and image analysis technology of the laser four-wheel aligner, a new measurement method and function formulas are established, which can ensure higher measurement accuracy and have high application value in actual measurement.
