The functioning of a sorting network based on self-learning and self-setting of a ranks vector is considered. Sorting method by paired exchange is used with inserting of ranks vector as the elements weights vector of the input array, which allows considering an offered sorting network as a sorting neural network model.
The system for monitoring environmental indicators and the state of the environment was developed. It solves the problem of incorrect environmental monitoring using monitoring devices based on Arduino platforms.
There are research results of artificial neural networks usage for solving a hardly formalized objective – detection of a DDoS attacks on the computer network information resource in this article. An analysis of existing methods, technologies and tools for detecting DDoS attacks and protecting from them is carried out. Several feed forward neural networks are simulated. The architecture of the neural network which provides high-precision detection is presented.
One of the promising areas in the field of image processing and analysis is the hardware implementation of neural network for processing and analyzing of images based on FPGA technologies. The structural scheme of the multifunctional calculator was developed. It contains MxN cells in the form of matrix, a formation block of signs that has N control nodes, input of clock impulses, input of reset, output of common feature of zero and outputs of features of zero by columns and rows of matrix. The described structure is a classifier and it was written to the FPGA crystal1.

In the work the hybrid expert system for stroke diagnosis was presented. The base of expert system consists of neural network and production rules. This program can quickly and accurately set to the patient preliminary and final diagnoses, get examination and treatment plans, print data of patient, analyze statistics data and perform parameterized search for patients.
The paper presents a system that implements methods of finding at the image lines of road marking, vehicle localization in space, the rules by which the system will react to different road situations in accordance to the position of the vehicle relative to line marking, and registration of unauthorized changes of rows movement.
In this work the process of forming and processing the discriminant functions (DF) on a base of neural network classifier is researched. The research goal is the analysis of simulation educt of the process of the output vector forming appurtenances to certain class for the proposed neural network classifier.
