Artificial Intelligence may be used to solve complex technical and practical problems. Moreover, such Artificial Intelligence techniques as Fuzzy Systems, Artificial Neural Networks, Evolutionary and Genetic Algorithms have a great potential in providing optimization, prediction and management of communication system in a dynamic wireless environment. Artificial Intelligence approach provides optimized results in a challenging task of the call admission control process in cellular networks. The paper proposes a methodology for developing a genetic neuro-fuzzy controller for call admission in cellular networks. A structure of the access fuzzy controller was suggested. Linguistic variables, their terms as well as membership functions for input and output values were determined. A rule base was proposed. A Neuro-fuzzy System on the base of the fuzzy-controller was designed and simulated. A genetic algorithm was proposed for optimizing the rule base.
Was reviewed the prospect of creation of resistance temperature detector based on the RL-diode generator of deterministic-chaotic oscillations for the increasing of sensitivity of the measuring instrument. Was conducted the researches of the scheme of RL-diode generator of deterministic-chaotic oscillations and was proposed to use synchronous detector for measuring output signal conversion of RL-diode generator of deterministic-chaotic oscillations, what allowed to decrease the effect of failure on the converter, were built schedules of dependency of output voltage from the temperature and schedules of the sensitivity.
An optical method for determine the quantity of water in milk using the visible optical radiation range is proposed. On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies of the water-milk solution spectral characteristics the proposed method mathematical model was created. The mathematical modeling of passing of the visible range optical radiation through a water-milk solution on certain thickness of the solution layer is carried out. As a result of the modeling, the dependence of the output voltage of the photo-receiver based on a pair of photodiode-operating amplifier from the relative mass fraction of milk in the water-milk solution and the wavelength of the optical radiation in the visible range is obtained.
The paper investigated the possibility of measuring the resistive physical quantity generator using deterministic chaos based RL-diode circuit. A generalized structure of the measuring device using a deterministic chaos signal generator. To separate the useful component of the measurement signal of amplitude detector is proposed to use. Mathematical modeling of the RL-diode circuit, which showed a significant effect of the barrier and diffusion capacity of the diode on the occurrence of deterministic chaotic oscillations in this circuit. It is shown that this type deterministic chaos signal generator has a high sensitivity to a change in output voltage resistance in the range of 250 Ohms, which can be used to create the measuring devices based on it.
The paper proposes a method of conversion additive and multiplicative errors, mathematical models are obtained by a Taylor expansion of the transformation equations used measuring instruments in the instrumental component of the measurement uncertainty.
