Abstract

In the process of conservation and utilization of historical buildings, relevant stakeholders should adapt to the material and spiritual needs of people in the development of urbanization, and continuously explore their technical, economic and cultural values. This will be in line with the regulations that preserving heritage is preserving history, and preserving the cultural lineage of the city. We should pursue both the preservation of buildings and the continuation of their historical and cultural values. Achieving the unity of social, economic and environmental benefits of urban construction and development is already a common consideration in the world. This article analyzes the relevant cases in France, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Beijing and other places, and discusses the path for the protection of historical buildings, the enhancement of their own value and the coordinated development of the city. And analyze its problems and put forward relevant policy recommendations. Historical buildings should use the advantages of the Internet to broadly consolidate social consensus. Unite the government, social capital, and tourism to develop cultural and creative industries, so that the protection of the building itself, cultural heritage, and the activation of tourism functions will develop together.
