Abstract
Due to the unreasonable layout scheme of underground garages, there are some deficiencies in the parking space planning results. Therefore, a research on the parking space layout method of community underground garage based on regional division is proposed. On the premise of analyzing the main influencing factors of parking space design of underground garage, the complex design area is divided into standard parking space area and non-standard parking space area, and the layout schemes of different areas are optimized by genetic algorithm. Under the adaptive strategy, all schemes are traversed, and finally the layout results with the advantages of all schemes are obtained. The experimental results show that the design method can increase the number of parking spaces in the same area.
