Abstract
In order to solve the systemic problems such as the large actual error, low efficiency, and difficult direction control in the measurement of the distance between the mirrors in the traditional optical system, the problems of the traditional measurement method are briefly analyzed, and the actual position of the measured parts and the parts measured by the three coordinate measuring machine are analyzed briefly. The method of comparing the position of the theoretical optical model can establish the relationship between the actual optical system and the primary theoretical optical model. Through the angle deviation and the relevant size deviation, the deviation of each component position can be obtained by reverse calculation. This article mainly introduces the mirror The three-coordinate measurement method for key dimensions and angles of the distance. Taking the measurement of the distance between the mirrors of a camera as an example, the application of the three-coordinate measurement method is explained. The deviation of the angle of the focal plane bracket and the three-mirror bracket from the theory is less than 0.01°. The high-precision and high-efficiency assembly and adjustment of the camera optical path imaging system is realized. The results show that the application of the three coordinate measurement method has a good effect.
