Abstract
In order to analyze and interpret the reflection image of the wedge splitter on the reflection surface of the laser terminal during the adjustment process, the mechanism of the double image and multiple image of the wedge splitter during the adjustment process was analyzed. Through theoretical analysis, a single wedge-shaped spectroscope fitting interpretation method is obtained, and the dominant relationship between the measured values of theodolite and the wedge Angle is quantified. The calculation method of the target value of the two wedge-shaped spectroscopes is obtained, which makes the interpretation accuracy of the reflection image of the two wedge-shaped spectroscopes increased to 0.5 ", ensures the system index and improves the production efficiency.
