Abstract
China is a large e-commerce country. The development of cross-border e-commerce requires the improvement of crossborder logistics. The overseas warehouse model promotes the development of cross-border logistics and is conducive to the localization of cross-border trade. The location of overseas warehouses should comprehensively consider various issues such as warehouse construction costs, transportation costs, delay fees, taxes and fees, and establish a multi-objective planning model based on the total operating cost and delay time cost of the overseas warehouse logistics model. Ecommerce business data analysis, using NSGA-II algorithm to solve the model. Adjust the different parameters of NSGAII to verify the stability of the algorithm solution, and call the Gurobi solver to compare the accuracy of the NSGA-II solution, and provide a reference for overseas warehouse location.
