Abstract
The power market is gradually transitioning to the mode of "power generation side quotation and user side quotation" and the stage of joint clearing of electric energy and auxiliary services. Therefore, it is necessary to study the power market in which interruptible loads participate in joint clearing under the bilateral quotation mode. In this paper, the risk cost caused by interruptible load's participation in the spot market before the day is analyzed and studied, and a joint clearing model of electricity energy and reserve auxiliary service market in the spot market before the day is established. The members of the market on the load side are introduced into the market in the form of quotation, and an example analysis of a provincial power grid proves that the mechanism of load's participation in the joint market proposed in this paper is superior.
