Abstract
Aiming at the rapid development of UAV industry, the UAV aircraft and its performance indexes are studied, and a design method of four rotor UAV aircraft based on STM32 single chip microcomputer is proposed. The four rotor aircraft designed by this method uses MPU9250 inertial measurement module to measure the three-axis acceleration, three-axis angular velocity and other information of the aircraft body, and it uses Kalman filter algorithm to reduce noise interference. The control algorithm adopts cascade PID control algorithm. The communication module is ESP8266 WiFi wireless communication module. Experiments show that Kalman filter algorithm can effectively eliminate the noise interference contained in MPU9250 measurement data, cascade PID control algorithm can provide optimized feedback value for the control algorithm, and ESP8266 WiFi wireless communication module can improve the attitude control performance of four rotor aircraft. Aiming at the problem that the previous four rotor aircraft needs to be connected to the upper computer for PID parameter adjustment, which leads to the low efficiency of parameter adjustment, this design also realizes the function of real-time return of body flight data and wireless adjustment of PID parameters, and realizes the optimization of control algorithm. Experiments show that this design method is an optimized design method of infinitely tuned four rotor aircraft.
