Abstract
From a perspective of research output, we use the papers in the human resource management field in the Web of Science database as the data basis and proposes an analysis method of the development trend of human resource management based on the keyword co-occurrence network. The critical research content in this field is obtained from the primary geometric feature and network centrality of the keyword co-occurrence network. By extracting network subgraphs, the paper analyzes the research hotspots of three crucial countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and China. Finally, based on different time windows, the research trend in human resource management is drawn.
