Abstract
Data link network is the foundation and key to support the efficient aggregation and sharing of various resources in the battlefield. How to flexibly organize and use the limited network resources according to the task requirements in the future strong countermeasure communication environment is one of the problems faced by the data link. In this paper, a flat network structure is designed according to the flexible and adaptive task requirements of unmanned cluster and the characteristics of invulnerable and reconfigurable network. The key to the operation and maintenance of the flat network structure is the topology management technology. Task oriented management of the flat network topology can effectively avoid network degradation and improve network robustness and survivability while meeting the task requirements.
