Abstract
As a kind of natural plant medicine, polygonum aviculare has diuretic pharmacological effect, but its mechanism is not clear. In this study, the network pharmacological method was used to study the diuretic pharmacological mechanism of polygonum aviculare. The main research methods are as follows: the ingredients of polygonum aviculare mainly came from TCMSP database and one paper; The targets of chemical composition were from HIT database; The targets of disease were from Genecards database; The protein-protein interaction data was from STRING database; software Metascape was used for enrichment analysis of targets; The bio-network association maps were drawn using Cytoscape software. In this study, total of 33 oliguria effective targets were obtained. The network diagrams between ingredients and targets, PPI action network diagrams and network diagrams between ingredients, targets and pathways were built. This study suggested that the core targets of PA anti-oliguria were TNF, IL6, VEGFA, MMP9, CRP and IL2. After consulting the literatures, this study found that the following 3 ingredients have diuretic activity in total, which are myricitrin, luteolin and gallic acid.
