Abstract
At present, one-stop CTA is considered as the gold standard in the preoperative evaluation of TAVI. It analyzes and measures the anatomical structure of the aortic root to match the best artificial aortic valve, which is very helpful for the smooth progress of TAVI surgery. Compared with Echocardiography, CTA has a higher prediction accuracy.
