Abstract
Addressing issues such as information symmetry, transparency, traceability, and data security in traditional supply chains, this study adopts Hyperledger Fabric as the blockchain technology platform, proposes a blockchain-based information traceability scheme, and designs and implements a blockchain-based supply chain information system. This system has undergone functional and performance tests. Tests indicate that this system not only achieves the storage of relevant data information in the blockchain, ensuring the security and traceability of system data, but also realizes functions such as account management for users on the supply chain, upload of organization peer information, and consumer information queries
