Abstract
TDOA is a common passive location measurement. Considering that the observation error of the platform will have a greater impact on the accuracy of passive location, a linear filtering method to improve the TDOA estimation accuracy of single target is proposed. When there are multiple targets in the observation area, the geometric relationship between the platform and the target can be avoided by multi-target sorting through time difference. This method can also be used to improve the prediction accuracy in multi-target data association and reduce the number of multi-target detection. Finally, the center point filtering method is compared with Kalman filtering and improved algorithm on the simulation data to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of this method.
