Abstract
Construction and planning of energy system of villages and towns has been in an unnoticeable state, leading to the consumption situation of living energy of villages and towns in our country lags seriously, and the structure of living energy needs to be optimized urgently, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the villages and towns energy system. This paper takes the villages and towns of various regions in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, uses the combination of theory and practice as the research method, analyzes the consumption status of villages and towns residents’ living energy in Heilongjiang Province, measures the development potential of renewable energy of various regions in Heilongjiang Province, constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the sustainable development of living energy of villages and towns, and carries out the case study for villages and towns of various regions in Heilongjiang Province and puts forward to the countermeasures and suggestions.
