Abstract
This system mainly utilizes the combination of VLC and WiFi communication technology to achieve a home wireless sensor network. The main design content is the information transmission of the link combining VLC and WiFi communication, as well as the transmission of sensor data in the network. Using this network as the medium, a more practical smart home system is achieved. The main control adopts STM32 Micro-Control Unit, which is the controller of the information transmission and sensor acquisition system. It completes the acquisition, processing, and analysis of the data involved in the visible light emitting module, visible light receiving module, temperature and humidity sensor, and then controls the humidifier and Whole-house fan according to the analysis results. Internet cloud platforms and mobile apps are responsible for receiving data, remote display, and remote control of system execution components. The client visualization interface uses the Internet of Things cloud platform, enabling users to easily know and control their home devices anytime and anywhere, greatly enriching and facilitating people’s home life.
