Abstract
The service performance of the rail transit vibration isolator is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the rail vehicle. In order to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the rail vehicle, the various performances of the rail transit vibration isolator must be scientifically and strictly tested. It is particularly important to use the "Rail Transit Vibration Isolator Fatigue Testing Machine" to measure and test the deformation performance, fatigue characteristics, fatigue life, prefabricated cracks, and crack propagation of various urban subway and high-speed rail vibration isolators under tensile, compressive, or tensile, compressive alternating loads at room temperature. Anhui Weiwei Rubber Group Co., Ltd. is an enterprise that develops and produces rail transit isolators. The company has entrusted our team to develop a fatigue testing machine for rail transit isolators with corresponding functions according to the requirements and standards of GB/T41492. After appraisal, the overall design of the fatigue testing machine is reasonable, the technology is advanced, and the actual indicators meet the design indicators. It also has a large expansion test margin and meets the expected requirements.
