A novel single-pixel fluorescence microscope with super-resolution, based on structured illumination microscopy, has been developed to release the full potential of single-pixel microscopy. By employing enhanced spatially resolved patterns, the proposed microscope measures light intensities using a bucket detector and improves lateral resolution for both brightfield and fluorescence imaging by extending the spatial frequency spectrum. The results demonstrate significant improvements in lateral resolution, highlighting its application in fluorescence microscopy.
