Abstract
In order to improve the loading rate of the truck when the cigarette industry enterprises deliver goods and reduce the transportation cost. Starting from the idea of order carpooling, the problem solving involves the establishment of order carpooling model, cigarette loading, path planning, truck scheduling, loading execution and other optimization schemes. A Scientific loading system of multi-specification cigarettes truck under multi-constraint conditions was established to automatically distribute the order and generate the loading order with one click. Through system simulation, from 2019 to the first half of 2022, the average loading rate of trucks increased from 80.35% of manual distribution orders to 84.65% of system intelligent distribution orders, an increase of 4.29%. From the point of view of order grouping, this paper systematically combines the technical methods of cigarette cases loading and path planning, as well as truck scheduling and loading execution management methods, so as to improve the loading rate of cigarette transport trucks and reduce the transportation cost of enterprises.
