Abstract
Due to the existing foundation shift tower system reliability analysis of the relevant research is less, so that the transmission line engineering technicians are difficult to grasp the safety and reliability of the transmission tower system under the foundation shift in a timely manner. In order to meet the needs of this project, this paper takes the transmission line tower as the research object. And, firstly the failure criterion of the tower system is defined based on the failure of any member and the common failure of multiple members. Secondly, the generalized equivalent extreme value event theory is introduced to establish the equivalent function of the tower system. Thirdly, the reliability of the tower system without foundation shift under the failure criterion is analyzed based on the improved method of moments in this paper, and a stochastic analysis of the reliability of the tower system with deterministic foundation shift is carried out for each foundation displacement condition. Finally, a stochastic analysis of the reliability of the tower system is carried out by introducing stochastic foundation displacements. The results of the case simulation analyses verify the validity of the proposed stochastic analysis of the reliability of small-displacement transmission tower system
