Abstract
Addressing the efficiency of large-scale vaccination campaigns presents a significant challenge. This paper introduces a Smart Internet of Things (IoT)-based vaccine supply chain platform designed to enhance vaccine distribution and administration. It provides an analysis of the current situation at grassroots vaccination sites and the traditional transportation models used in China. Through keyword analysis, the research identifies hotspots in the vaccine supply chain field. The paper presents a rapid-response logistics service model focused on grassroots sites, utilizing a smart IoT platform to maximize site satisfaction. This platform supports real-time tracking, appointment scheduling, and intake control. It also details the role of third-party cold chain logistics companies in integrating IoT, big data, and advanced technologies to improve timeliness. Furthermore, the paper offers recommendations for developing standardized cold chain systems.
