Abstract

This paper briefly introduces the traditional design mode in the research institutes, based on the design efficiency improvement, computing resources optimization, localization of software and hardware applications, build the design based on private cloud integration platform, solve the research institutes design in the process of computing resources as a whole, localization alternative, system matching. Finally, suggestions are put forward on the focus and main expansion direction of scientific research institutes in the application design integration platform.
