Abstract
Firefighting and rescue operations are crucial for ensuring the safety of lives and properties of every individual. In this study, we employed the SARIMA model and multiple function fitting methods to fit and forecast firefighting events of various magnitudes. Taking fifteen regions as examples and considering their geographical information, population density, and dispatch data, we predicted future dispatch counts and losses, and developed a shortest rescue indicator for interregional rescue operations. This research provides valuable insights and references for predicting and responding to firefighting incidents.
