Abstract
The emergency response of transnational oil and gas pipelines involves multi-party linkage, and there is uncertainty in the actual reporting and execution process. In this paper, we study the intelligent body linkage scheme modeling language and establish the linkage scheme optimization algorithm, and take the crude oil pipeline leakage accident as an example to realize the optimization and representation of the linkage scheme. The results show that in the process of emergency response to large-scale accidents involving the linkage of multi-level agencies, the addition of emergency response agencies to form an organized trans-level information reporting helps to improve the disposal efficiency, and the optimal scheme is accurately selected by comparing the response end time, cumulative disposal efficiency and yield of the three linkage models.
