Abstract
Physical effects which have been observed in molecular gases by time-domain coherent antistokes Raman spectroscopy are described. Namely the slowing down of molecular vibrations doppler dephasing under the gas pressure increase (Dicke''s effect) quantum beats collisional frequency exchange. Experimental data dealing with molecules of hydrogen nitrogen and ammonia are presented. The physical mechanisms and calculation methods of effects mentioned above are discussed. The influence of laser pulses incoherence on the time-domain CARS signal is considered.
