Physical Frrceses in photorefractive crystals of sillenite (germanate, titanate, bismuth silica(e) in the conditions of optical signals having different spectral composition intensity and duration and electrical signals with various amplitude and mode effect have been investigated. The materials being used were subjected to different treatment methods. They weren't specially alloyed, were annealed in vacuum, alloyed with different additions or subjected to radiation prcmessing.
